Congratulations to Emma Snowsill!

Olympic gold- winning triathlete and The Natural Confectionery Company’s number one fan, Emma Snowsill, recently made a triumphant return to the sport by winning its richest competition - the ITU Elite Cup in Des Moines, Iowa on the 13 June.

In a total field of 51 elite women triathletes, Emma entered the bike leg of the race 2 minutes behind her rivals but by the transition into the run, she had gained 50 seconds before storming home to win by 16 seconds over fellow Australian Emma Moffatt!
