Our jellies are made in our special Test Kitchens to highly original jelly recipes. Of course, the recipes are a very closely guarded secret. However, we can reveal just a little of how our magic is made.
It all starts with our jelly-loving food technologists who create a new and exciting recipe and test it out on our jelly-tasters. Once they give it the thumbs up, the new jelly flavour is given a new jelly character and its own jelly mould.
At the jelly factory all the natural ingredients are combined and the new mixture is heated and poured into the new moulds. The jellies are then dried in special drying chambers, separated from their moulds and then mixed into batches by colour and weight. All the while, passing through the strictest quality control checks.
Then it’s into heat-sealed packs to keep fresh until jelly worshippers throughout Australia and New Zealand open and enjoy them!
